Through our respite care program, we offer the flexibility to stay with us on a short-term basis, whether you require temporary additional support or are on the road to recovery from an illness or simply wish to experience full-time residential care and see if it is the right choice for you. Our team is always ready to help you regain your level of independence in a homely, caring and supportive environment.
Day Care
At The Avenue Care Home, we extend our support whether it’s just for a few hours or the entire day. Our commitment is to provide a nurturing environment and ensure enriching experiences for everyone seeking daytime assistance. This program offers a welcoming space where people can engage in various activities, receive personalized care, and enjoy the companionship of our friendly community.

In providing this care The Avenue will endeavor at all times to respect the rights of its residents to make personal choices, to enjoy privacy and to have their own personal space. We offer a caring and supportive environment but also recognize the importance of independence and nurturing a stimulating environment in which residents are encouraged to participate in reaching decisions affecting their care.
Facilities
Our environment is spacious and welcoming, featuring single and double en-suite bedrooms for up to 25 residents. We focus on providing a warm and homely atmosphere including accessible common areas and a beautiful landscaped garden.
